That, the applicant has preferred the instant application under section 372 of Indian Succession Act before this hon’ble court.
That, the applicant wants to issue the notice through Citation Notice and paper publication in daily News paper “Nav Bharat”
That, the applicant wants to serve the said order of bail through humdust and hence this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant the humdust in the interest of justice.
Hence this application.
